7 Pregnant Women, Baby Rescued By Police In Lagos

The Isolo police division on Wednesday, October 2,2019 rescued seven pregnant young girls who were found stranded at the Cele bus stop along Oshodi-Apapa Express way, Lagos.

It was gathered that the division received a distress call at about 1:00 am about the stranded ladies and immediately sent a team of detectives on a rescue mission led by the divisional police officer, Isolo, CSP Folorunsho Gabriel.

Lagos state command image maker,DSP Bala Elkana said the rescued girls were aged between 13 and 27, with 5 of them from Imo state and the other two from Abia and Rivers state respectively. A two years old child was also rescued during the rescue mission and have all sent to NATIP for further investigation.
