Dayo Emmanuel   Nigeria’s former Health Minister, Professor Babatunde Osotimehin is dead. Osotimehin, 68 was also the Executive Director of the United Nations Populations Fund, UNFPA. Osotimehin was a former Provost of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan who was re-appointed Executive Director of UNFPA in 2014, the post he first got appointed to hold in 2010.
