The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Police Affairs, Mr. Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan has assured that the management of the Ministry is fully prepared to support the assignment of the Transition Technical Task Team (TTTT) of the Presidential Transition Council (PTC) assigned to the Ministry for the 2023 transition process.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Police Affairs, Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan has urged the staff of the ministry to imbibe the spirit of truthfulness, visionary, diligence, hard work, and teamwork that Director of Police Inspectorate, Mrs. Mary Eleojo Akpan had exhibited in performing her duty in the Ministry.
The incoming Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Police Affairs, Mr. Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan has stated that he was not posted to the Ministry to reinvent the wheel of progress but to key into all the fantastic achievements recorded by his predecessor.
The Ministry of Police Affairs has inaugurated members of the Ministry’s Delivery Task Team to steer and facilitate the provision of first-hand information on the implementation status of the various policies, programmes, and policies being implemented by the Ministry in line with the present administration’s 9 -priority areas.
The Ministry of Police Affairs has honoured three staff that have demonstrated a high level of productivity, integrity in service delivery, efficiency and dedication to scheduled duties and responsibilities, and overall performance across core civil service values as well as evidence of personal impact on citizens and the public.

The Ministry of Police Affairs has trained some selected staff on Police Public Complaints Technology management and operations to equip them against the task ahead and enable citizens to make use of the Police Public Complaints Committee (PPCC) portal to seek redress.
