Some Customers Complains Are Fraudulent – Access Bank MD

The group managing director of Access Bank Plc, Herbert Wigwe, has said that complains from some banks customers are fraudulent and fictitious. He disclosed this during a meeting with some shareholders of the bank in Lagos.
