IGP Receives NPF Panel Report On DCP Abba Kyari

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba has received the report of the NPF Special Investigation Panel (SIP) investigating the alleged indictment of the erstwhile Head of the Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT), DCP Abba Kyari by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Following the United States Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI) investigations and subsequent indictment by a California Court to extradite DCP Abba Kyari for allegedly taking of bribe from a fraudster, Abbass Ramon aka Hushpuppi in a fraudulent deal worth $1.1m, he has appreciated his friends, colleagues and family friends for standing behind him as he faces investigation and suspension from office.
