Spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin has said that the Command has completed the exhumation of the body of Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
The police previously announced it would exhume the remains of the deceased Mohbad to conduct an autopsy for investigation.
Hundeyin tweeted on Thursday via his Twitter handle, @BenHundeyin that, “Exhumation completed. Autopsy to commence.”
Lagos State Police Command had on Monday, inaugurated a 13-man special investigation panel to unravel the cause of death of the singer’s death.
Mohbad died on September 12, 2023 and youths in various communities have been mobilising solidarity walks and rallies to call for justice with hashtag #Justice4Mohbad.
