Light restored at Lagos airport after minor glitch

Following a minor electrical glitch resulting in power interruption in some  areas of Murtala Muhammed International airport this evening, management of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has ensured the restoration of light to every section of the airport.

An  electrical glitch had  caused a minor power interruption at the public concourse of the Lagos international Airport.

A statement from the spokesperson at FAAN, Mrs Henrietta Yakubu stated: “Our team of engineers swung in to action and normalcy has been restored at affected areas.

While assuring airport users of safety and security at our airports, Yakubu said  FAAN has therefore apologized  to passengers, airlines and the general public for the inconvenience caused by this interruption.
