Journalist Oseyiza Oogbodo Publishes 3 Books At Once

Oseyiza Oogbodo, promising author, poet and curator of Oseyiza Oogbodo Blog, has simultaneously published three of his books.

The publications, in the electronic books format,will be available on online publishing platforms that include the renowned Amazon, Inkitt, Okada Books, FlipEBooks and Google Play.

Speaking on why he published the books online as against printed copies, he said, “The reality is we are now in a digital world. Virtually everything is now digital, including books. And digital publishing is definitely the easiest way of publishing nowadays.

“Anyone conversant with writers and writing knows how difficult it is to get published. But digital publishing has rendered that obstacle redundant and it has the incomparable advantage of taking your book to the whole world at once.”

Adding that he might still publish their hard copies, he gave their titles as The Good Life, Short Story Galore and The Newell Murder, describing The Good Life as being about a car thief who gets on the wrong side of a drug baron, Short Story Galore as being about short stories with the central theme of relationships, and The Newell Murder as being about a murder case.

And on his plans for the future, he disclosed that he’s currently working on his next book, Dedication To The Ugly, a poetry collection which will be published as soon as it’s ready, and that he’s also developing ideas for more books.
