Revival Promotion Partners (RPP) has concluded an impactful outreach across Ibadan and Ilesha, bringing together hundreds of ministers, church workers, and believers from Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Edo, Ekiti and Kwara States.
The seminars, held from November 10–13, 2025, were led by Pastor Simeon Afolabi, Serving Overseer of First Love Assembly and other ministers of the gospel, focused on the broad theme of “Divine Order”.
At the Bethel Tabernacle, Ibadan, the first two days offered attendees a two-day spiritual enrichment. On Day 1, Pastor Afolabi delivered a compelling message on “Divine Order for Revival,” emphasising that revival is deeper than appearances. He explained, “Packed cars and crowded halls do not indicate revival. Revival is deeper; it is spiritual transformation, empowerment, and the manifestation of God’s presence.”
He highlighted that true revival first reveals the nature of the one true God. Citing John 17:3, he stated, “This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.” According to Afolabi, genuine revival helps believers move beyond treating God like a genie, cultivating trust and dependence on Him. He said revival is all about reveal the true God.
The minister also stressed that revival empowers believers to serve effectively. Drawing from Acts 1:8, he reminded participants, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Ghost has come upon you… and to the ends of the earth.” He illustrated this through the experiences of the disciples and Stephen, showing that revival equips every believer to operate in God’s power. Beyond empowerment, he emphasised that revival brings victory over sin, ignites intercessory prayer, restores the power of worship, and fosters availability and love.
He encouraged attendees to actively pursue God’s presence, quoting Isaiah 64:7: “Stir up yourself to take hold of God.”
Day 2 in Ibadan focused on “Faith for Restoration,” with teachings from Mark 9:23: “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” Afolabi outlined that effective faith operates through love, speaking, gratitude, and strategic partnership. Drawing from Galatians 5:6, he explained, “Faith works by love,” emphasising that God’s love empowers believers to act compassionately and exercise God-kind faith.
He also highlighted the power of speaking faith into existence, referencing Hebrews 11:3 and the story of the Shunammite woman in 2 Kings: “Her child was dead, yet she said, ‘It shall be well.’”
Afolabi also highlighted the role of gratitude in faith, citing Abraham as an example who gave glory to God for both past and future blessings (Romans 4:19–20).
Strategic partnership, he said, is crucial, noting examples from Acts 3:1–7 and Acts 9:41 where believers required the support and prayers of others to experience full restoration.
Following the Ibadan sessions, the seminar moved to Ilesha, often regarded as the cradle of revival in Nigeria. At the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christ Foundation Parish, Pastor Afolabi led attendees through another two-day seminar emphasising Divine Order and the Dimensions of Grace.
On Day 1, Afolabi focused on “Divine Order,” drawing from I Corinthians 14:40: “All things should be done decently and in order.” He stressed that God’s blessings are tied to obedience and alignment with His plan, noting, “Understanding and operating within divine order begins with the ability to hear the voice of God.” He illustrated how listening to God can transform lives, citing Moses and Elijah, and emphasised that discerning God’s voice requires separation from distractions, spiritual hunger, and quiet reflection. “One word from God has the power to impact entire families, communities, or nations,” he stressed.
At Ilesha, the second day centered on “Dimensions of Grace,” inspired by Psalm 84:11: “For the Lord God is our sun and our shield.
He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.”
Afolabi highlighted eight dimensions, from general grace, which benefits all people, to prevenient grace, preparing hearts for salvation; saving grace, as the gift of faith-based salvation; sanctifying grace, which purifies believers; serving grace, empowering the use of gifts; sustaining grace, helping endure trials; supplying grace, ensuring provision; and crowning grace, enabling believers to finish their missions despite obstacles.
“Understanding and walking in these dimensions is essential for experiencing the fullness of God’s glory,” Afolabi said. He encouraged attendees to grow in grace, explaining that each level opens the door to greater blessings and divine favor.
The Ilesha Restoration Impact Seminar continues to equip believers with spiritual insights and practical understanding of God’s workings, challenging them to deepen their relationship with Him, embrace divine guidance, and experience enduring spiritual growth and breakthrough.
The four days were packed with divine encounters and messages that would last a long time in the heart of participants.
Other ministers at the event included the host at Ibadan, Pastor Mrs. Mary Yohanna, Rev. Victor Odunjo and Engnr Kayode Adeboye. At Ilesha, the host pastor, Pastor Razak Olayemi who is the Pastor in Charge of Province 8 Headquarters of the RCCG Osun State also ministered alongside Pastor Simeon Afolabi.
