Aregbesola to Chair ‘Shadows of a Whisper’ a collection of poems presentation
Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola will on 17th
September in Lagos, be the guest of honour and Chairman at the presentation of ‘Shadows
of a Whisper’ a collection of poems by Barrister Ladi Soyode.
The presentation/launching of the poems which is another deep soul searching art work from the stable of Cupid Homes of the Artz, a company owned by Barrister Soyode, is expected to draw the cream-de-la cream both in the Art world, Business and the political circle.
The event is scheduled for 1pm at the Muson Center.
A brief profile of the author, showed that Barrister Soyode has been in legal practice in the last 21 years. He specialises in litigation, Real property consultancy and company Law.
As a grandson to the sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, his foray into politics has seen him becoming the Special Adviser to the Osun State governor on Tourism (August 2011-November 2014) after serving as the Secretary to the Apapa Local Government, a position he got through the dint of hard work.
As a passionate nature lover, Barrister Soyode cares about; Arts and culture, children, civil rights and social action, economic empowerment, education, environment, human rights, politics, poverty alleviation and science and technology.
