A new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Anambra State Command has been appointed.
He is DSP Ikenganyia Tochukwu Anthony.
In a statement confirming his appointment, the outgoing spokesperson of the Command, CSP Haruna Mohammed, said Ikenganyia joined the Nigeria Police Force as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police on the 31st December 2016.
He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology(ESUT). Until his posting as the Command PPRO, he was a Staff Officer at the Force Public Relations Department,FHQ Abuja.
DSP Ikenganyia is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR). And based on his appointment, he now spearhead all Police Public activities in Anambra State, including Press Briefings and Police Media Relations.
Meanwhile, the former PRO,CSP Mohammed Haruna has been redeployed and appointed as the OC Alternative Dispute Resolution and Anti-piracy unit.
Meanwhile, I have been redeployed as the Officer in Charge of Alternative dispute resolution/Anti-Piracy Unit.
