United Capital Shareholders To Get 30 Kobo

The board of United Capital Plc, have announced to pay a dividend of 30 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2018.

The dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts on Tuesday April 2, 2019.

The dividend payout is subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholders’ approval will be paid to shareholders, whose names appear in the! Register of Members as at the close of business on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
