UAC of Nigeria Right Issue Opens At N16

UAC Nigeria Plc has announced the opening of its rights issue of 960,432,193 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at the offer price of N16 per share on the basis of one new ordinary shares for every two ordinary shares held as at October 19, 2017.

According to a statement signed by the Head of Listing Regulation Department at the Nigerian Stock Exchange Godstime Iwenekhai, the offer opens today Wednesday November 15, 2017 and closes Friday December 22, 2017.
