Twin Brothers Arrested For Internet Fraud In Ilorin

A twin brothers that have taken to internet fraud as a means of livelihood have been apprehended by the Ilorin zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Kwara state.

The twin suspects: Kehinde Adebayo and Taiye Adebayo were allegedly involved in offences bordering on internet fraud.

They were arrested at their hideout in Ilorin, Kwara State on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, following intelligence received by the Commission on their activities.

Analyses conducted so far on their phones and laptops have linked them to the alleged offence.

They would be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded Dele Oyewale, Head of Media and Publicity of the EFCC stated in Abuja on Wednesday.
