Reps Committee Chairman On Defence Expresses Worries Over Insecurity

The Federal House of Representatives Committee Chairman on Defence, Hon. Babajimi Benson, has expressed his deepest concerns and worries over the spate of insecurity in the country saying that Nigeria has the capacity to overcome bandits and terrorists with increased budgetary allocation to the military.

Defence Intelligence Agency has denied the allegation ascribed to the agency that it had ordered for the arrest of Commodore Kunle Oluwunmi (retd) over his comment on the security situation in the country especially the attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna.
