The Economic and Financial Crimes Commissions (EFCC), arraigned in absentia, a former leader of Niger Delta militant, Government Ekpemupolo (aka Tompolo) at the Federal High Court in Lagos. The former militant leader was arraigned over a N34billion fraud.
