Former Senate President and Chairman, of the Peoples Democratic Party’s ( PDP) reconciliatory committee Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Friday stormed Minna, the Niger State capital, in continuation of its ongoing reconciliation of aggrieved members of the party nationwide .
The Bukola Saraki- led Reconciliation Committee were in close door meeting with the former Military president, General Ibrahim Bafamasi Babangida in his Uphill Mansion in minna and later proceeded to the Minna country home of General Abdulsalami A. Abubakar, nearby, but on a private and non political visit, to seek his blessings for their national assignment.
The committee however declared that it was committed to ensuring an enduring peace and restoration of internal democracy of the former ruling party once described as the largest political party in Africa.
