The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Idi Abbas joined other Service Chiefs alongside the Honourable Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd), at the Senior Executive Transition Programme held at the Nigerian Army Heritage and Future Centre, Abuja.
The programme began on Monday 23rd March, 2026.
It is taking place from 22nd March to 2nd April 2026, and is met to provide a strategic platform for senior military officers to consolidate on governance, leadership continuity and institutional transition processes within the Armed Forces of Nigeria, while reinforcing inter-service collaboration and national security objectives.
