PAP Announces Delay In Payment Of January, 2023 Stipend

The Office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP has informed beneficiaries who receive monthly stipends of its Programme that there will be a slight delay in payments for this month’s stipend.

A statement from the Media Aide to the Interim Administrator of the Programme, Mr Freston Akpor regarding the announced delay has it that it was due to the delay in receiving the January 2023 monthly allocation.

The statement read in parts: “The PAP prioritizes the prompt payment of stipends and beneficiaries are requested to exercise patience as payments will be effected immediately the January 2023 allocation is received.
