Osun State Local Government Election Sees Peaceful Process -Adeleke

The Osun State local government election  hails  peaceful election process by Governor Ademola Adeleke. In a recent interview, Adeleke express his satisfaction with the calm and orderly manner in which the election is conducted.

“The process have been very peaceful, I mean the broadcast to my people of Osun state that this election should be peaceful, there should be no violence because Osun state is a very peaceful state, they should come out peacefully and vote, and go back peacefully, there should be no problem. We shouldn’t give them any chance to say there’s violence here because we’re peaceful people in Osun state.” He said.

Adeleke attributes the peaceful outcome to his earlier broadcast to the people of Osun State, urging them to prevent violence and come out to vote peacefully. He emphasize that Osun State is known for its peaceful nature and that the people should not give anyone the opportunity to tarnish this reputation.

The governor’s comments come on the heels of a relatively calm and peaceful election process, which has been welcomed by residents and observers alike. Adeleke’s administration commend for its efforts in ensuring a smooth and violence-free election.

As the people of Osun State await the outcome of the election, Adeleke’s assurance of a peaceful process has helped to boost confidence in the democratic system.
