Nigerian Premier League Week 35 ends with 24 goals

A total of 24 goals were scored in the week 35 of the Nigerian Premier League.

Out of the 24 goals recorded, only five were scored by visiting teams and all home teams won their matches in the week that ended today.

The encounter between Lobi Stars and El-Kanemi Warriors produced the highest goals scored with the visitors producing two of the five.

Rangers of Enugu defeated Katsina United by two goals to one, Wikki Tourists were two goals better than visiting Remo Stars.

Rivers United defeated Enyinmba two goals to one while ABS subdued league leaders Plateau United by two goals.

At the Agege stadium, MFM were one goal better than visiting Gombe United, same merging advantage FC Ifeanyi Uba had over Akwa United.

The encounter between Kano Pillars and Abia Warriors produced two goals in favour of the Pillars just like Shooting Stars of Ibadan were two goals better than Nassarawa United.

Finally in Akure, Sunshine Stars scored two of the three goals in the encounter with Niger Tornadoes.
