National Wire (www.nationalwire.com.ng), a news website published by Daily View Media has lost it’s IT Manager, Ayodele Ayobami.
Ayobami, 29, a trained Physiotherapist studied at the University of Lagos and had his housemanship at the Teaching Hospital, Abuja, the nation’s capital.
The accident that led to his untimely death happened on Monday, August 30, when a vehicle lost control and rammed into a bus station waiting area along the Ikorodu road, Lagos.
Ayobami, though a physiotherapist, was vast in IT and was a founding member of the Lagos based news website.
He died at the Intensive Care Unit of the General Hospital, Gbagada where he was rushed to following the accident.
“He recently completed his Master programme and other professional courses in a UK university and was to start a new job in England this September,” said Dayo Emmanuel, the outfit’s News Editor.
During his life, Ayodele’s IT skills made him a huge asset to the outfit, same competence that endeared him to other organisations in the country which regularly hired him to resolve glitches.
The late IT Manager, while awaiting his housemanship posting, obtained several certifications in various disciplines with over 30 certificates in online courses and became a Cousera Coach.
He was the Physiotherapist attached to the national cricket team during the team’s camping excercise in Lagos recently.
He served the nation during his mandatory youth service in Enugu State.
Ayodele left behind his parents, a sister and a grandmother.
He has since been buried on Tuesday.
