Sensational vocalist and songwriter, Harrison-Uke Frank also known as Ame has released a single album titled ‘Fake life’.
The multi-instrumentalist who plays several musical instruments including the saxophone and the keyboard is also a music instructor and entertainer who has over the years mastered his act.
Ame has performed in notable shows in Nigeria including Felabration concerts at The New African Shrine and Freedom Park, World music day celebrations at the French Cultural Center and NTA 2 ground, Westerport Micheal, and the Lagos Country Club to mention a few.
The music instructor has also performed alongside notable artists including the late Lucky Dube, Femi Kuti, Mo hits crew, Skuki, Orlando Julius, Yinka Davies, Edaoto, Femi Slide, Beautiful Nubia, Seyi Solagbade,9ice TuFace Idibia, The Plantationboiz among other greats.
Though he was out of the scene for seven years due to an accident since 2014, Ame is back to dish out more afrocentric music and electrifying performances which have characterised his music over the years.
He hopes to use his music as a tool to propagate the African heritage to the world and also correct societal ills.
Leader of the Agogo band which he formed in 1996, Ame, an Urhobo man whose name in his native language means water has really proved that water has no enemy or boundaries.
Ame currently leads the Jmetzeq band under his new management, ‘Jmetzeq Entertainment’ a member of Sinars art.
Spelt ‘AmEE’ accross streaming platforms but pronounced same to avoid confusion with other artists’ names.
His current single, “Fake Life”, is set to drop on all streaming platforms before the end of November 2022.
