Legendary Gospel Music Minister, Ron Kenoly Passes at 81

Christians across the world are celebrating the life and ministry of legendary gospel singer, Ron Kenoly, who passed away today 3rd February.

Several artistes around the world Tuesday confirmed Kenoly’s death via their social media pages.

The man of God was 81.

Nigerian gospel music minister, Nathaniel Bassey, wrote on Instagram: “Dr Ron Kenoly crosses to yonder side.

“Thank you for inspiring generations of psalmists like me.

“I grew up on these songs. And today, others are growing up on ours.

“Thank you sir.”

Kenoly hit the Nigerian airwaves in the early 1990s and was behind hit songs like Lift Him Up, Jesus is Alive Majesty, righteousness, peace & joy, Anointing, All honour, Sing out, among others.

He would be missed by Christians across the world who have been blessed tremendously by his ministry.
