Lagos Curfew: Security Operatives Fire Warning Shots At Lekki Toll Gate

Barely three hours after the commencement of the curfew imposed by the Lagos State government across the state, protesters presently occupying the Lekki toll gate are being dispersed by security operatives.

According to TV Continental, gun shots were fired into the air to disperse the protesters at the Lekki toll gate which has been one of the major centres of the protests.

The state governor Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu today announced a 24 hours curfew that commenced 4pm Tuesday evening in order to protect lives and properties across the state.
