I’m Out To Deliver Dividends Of Democracy to My People-Princess Abioye Philips

An ex Adviser to a former Governor of Lagos State, Princess Abioye Phillips has finally declared her ambition to run for the House of Representatives seat for Ijebu East/Ijebu North/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency of Ogun State on the platform of the All Progressive Congress.

The Princess made her declaration at the Efire Palace, headquarters of Mobolorunduro LCDA last Friday June 15,2018 amidst a mammoth crowd of supporters.

An accomplished professional who understands the need to set achievable goals, bring people together and give great value, Abioye Philips is a Princess of Efire Royal Family who many are looking up to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of the grassroots.

Princess Abioye Phillips as part of her secondary education attended Amigo community grammar school. Ogun State from where she proceeded to England to study Marketing & Advertising at The London Institute School of Marketing & Management. She graduated in 2004.

All her life has been devoted to accomplishing great strides professionally and in public service. In truth, she strives to make the best use of her time and resources, and this involves engaging in activities that better those around her.

After several professional working stints as a consultant and project manager handling projects worth billions of pounds in London, she was appointed in 2007 as Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Lagos Residents where she served till May 2011.

In 2011, she was appointed again, this time as Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Transport. Her successful tenure was completed on May 2015. Her achievements include delivering Primary school, Secondary Schools, Health Services, Road Transport projects in several districts across the state.

As an astute and seasoned project manager, some of her engagements include: Urbanis Limited, London UK, Project Consultant – July 2015 to date Wokingham District Council, Shute End Wokingham, Capital Project Consultant September 2006 to March 2007 Faithful & Gould Constructive Experts, BSF Programme, Programme Consultant March 2006 to August 2006   London Borough of Southwark Education BSF Capital Project (Programme/Project Manager) September 2005 to February 2006   London Borough of Lambeth Accommodation Strategy Team February 2004 to August 2005  (Project Manager)   London Borough of Camden Environment Direct September 2001 to Jan 2004 (Project Manager).

Princess Abioye Phillips embodies the values of transparency, reliability and progressive representation.
