House On The Rock Hosts Petra Coalition Conference for Leaders.

Metropolitan Church, House On The Rock is set to host leaders, pastors, ministers, and ministry support staff at its upcoming leadership summit themed “Take the Lead: Ministry and Growth Concepts for Effective Leadership”.

The event is slated for this Friday, July 14h, 2017 from 9am – 4pm at The Rock Cathedral, Lekki.

According to the Senior Pastor of all House On The Rock Churches and the convener of the Petra Coalition conference, “the meeting is aimed at providing inspiration, direction, knowledge and strategy by informing on how to lead with excellence and fulfil the mandate of taking the power of the gospel to centre stage as a veritable message of governing the earth”.

He further asserts that “The Petra Coalition Special Interactive Day is where we cover, inspire, and imbue graces and wisdom to help strengthen leaders and pastors in their core call, their sense of purpose, and in the sense of the divine calling upon their lives to make them be the best that they can be and do the best that they can do in what God has called them to be and do in ministry”.

Notable speakers for the day include Leke Alder, Strategy, Policy & Brand Consultant; Principal, Alder Consulting; Ifeanyi Adefarasin, Co-Pastor House On The Rock & Founder, Woman to Woman Ministry; Kola Oladunmoye, Executive Coordinator, House On The Rock and Aghata Emina, General Manager of Wild Fusion, Africa’s leading Integrated Marketing Communications Agency.

Breakout sessions in this summit will feature topics on “The Importance of the Leader in Church Growth”, “Building an Effective Administrative Structure in Ministry”, “Developing a Viable Core Value System for Growth” and “Mastering Marketing for your Church/Ministry/Business in the Digital Space”. Interactive sessions and the opportunity to network over lunch after the break away sessions are an important feature of the day.
