The remains of the late Midwife (Dr.) Rachael Ilesanmi will be buried on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her hometown of Okemesi Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The late mother of Goke Ilesanmi, Editor-in-Chief/CEO, www.gokeilesanmi.com and former Acting Editor of Financial Standard, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Ikare Akoko, Ondo State at the age of 80 years.
According to a release by Goke on burial arrangements, there will be Service of Songs for the deceased at CAC, Oke-Aanu, Eshe Street, Ikare Akoko, Ondo State on Thursday, January 31. On Friday, February 1, the Wake Service will hold at Okemesi Ekiti while the final burial service is on Saturday, February 2 also at Okemesi Ekiti.
She is survived by five children and many children. The five children are Mrs. Janet Afolabi (nee Janet Ilesanmi); Mrs. Kikelomo Ekundayo (nee Kikelomo Ilesanmi); Goke Ilesanmi; Rotimi Ilesanmi and Tolorunju Ilesanmi.
The grandchildren are: Segun Afolabi, Aanu Afolabi, Ibukun Afolabi, Mayowa Afolabi, Ayomide Ekundayo, Ayodeji Ekundayo and Dolapo Ekundayo.
Others are: Oluwabomi Ilesanmi, Aderonke Ilesanmi, Oluwanire Ilesanmi, Adedoyin Ilesanmi, Oluwatayo Ilesanmi, Adebola Ilesanmi, Adeyinka Ilesanmi, Adesina Ilesanmi and Kemi Ilesanmi.
