Dangote Flour Plc on Monday September 2, 2019, has called on shareholders to update their registrars’ accounts. According to a statement which was made available to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and signed by the Company Secretary Mrs Aisha Ladi Isa, explained that the company is updating its Registrars of members.
“In this regard, all shareholders of the Company are required to update/confirm their records (including physical address/registered office address, phone number and email address) by contacting the Company’s Registrars (whose details are indicated below), on or before Friday, 20th September, 2019”.
“Furthermore, all shareholders of the Company who are yet to register for the electronic payment system (e-dividend) with the Company’s Registrars are advised to contact the Registrars on or before Friday, 20th September, 2019 to initiate and conclude the e-dividend registration process NOT LATER THAN Friday, 27th September, 2019”.
