According to him, Premier Loto has a flexible way of rewarding winners by ensuring that a customer who plays at a particular outlet can claim his or her winnings at another outlet provided their is a winning ticket.
Olumoroti stated that in a bid to serve its esteemed customers better, the company has launched a new product named “Hamer code”, an online staking platform which a customer can play with either a smart phone or other phones using a USSD code *755# at the comfort of his home, saying that as the name implies, customers can now “hamer” win money using their phones.
He said that the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus has really slowed down business owing to the partial lockdown declared in the state, saying that most customers now spend their money staying at home instead of using it for stakes as this has really affected business patronage.
”Betting is a cash business. Our company believe that if you win, you collect your money and our own brand is play anywhere, collect your winnings anywhere. You can play in Yenagoa and if you get to Sagbama and discovered that you have won you can redeem your winnings from any outlet in Sagbama with your ticket”, he said.
“If you play in Abuja and a draw is made while you are in Yenagoa and you found out that you have won you can as well redeem your cash in Yenagoa. So we have a flexible way of making our payments, We have an online lotto for our customers, what brought this innovation was that years back,  we carried out research and found out that some well to do individuals do not find it comfortable to go to various Kiosk to play. So we have to launch a new product called “Hamer code” which a customer can play using the USSD code *755# with any phone at the comfort of their houses without going to any outlet,” he added.
The Bayelsa Zonal Manager noted that as part of its contribution to assist the state government’s fight against Covid-19, it has distributed hand sanitizers to some Yenagoa residents in as this will go a long way in preventing the spread of the virus, advising that residents stay safe from the virus.
”The only thing that is not possible in life is what we do not want to make possible. We can overcome Coronavirus in one month if all of us see it that way but it takes sacrifice. Nigerians should go beyond what Government can do for us and start looking at what we can do for ourselves. If government is not responsible for us, let us see how can be for one other. But it involves individual sacrifice and let us imbibe the sacrificial spirit at this point of the pandemic and above all obey government’s safety measures put in place as not to contract the virusvirus”,he concluded.
