Only God Gives All-round Insurance – Adeboye

By Chinyere Abiaziem

General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye on Sunday made known that only God was capable of providing total immunity and insurance.

Revealing that the 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affected only one person in Redemption City, Ogun State.

The affected fellow who lived in Redemption City, happened to be a non-member of RCCG, he said.

He, made the disclosure while preaching at the February Thanksgiving and Special prayer service, for those in the transportation sector, maritime, aviation and their families, with the theme, ‘Divine Insurance’, held at RCCG Throne of Grace, Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

Pastor Adeboye, emphasised that God’s insurance covers for sleep, satisfaction, protection, advice and for everything that anyone who wants to be covered and pays the premium of obedience can ever need.

Adding, that divine insurance(assurance) policy which goes beyond human understanding covers the future even beyond the grave.

His words:”Do you know throughout the coronavirus, the only fellow who got that disease in Redemption City is somebody who was living there, who is not a member of Redeem.”

Noting that some persons may say he locked the gate which was why other people in the camp did not contract the disease, he stated:”No, there are several persons who work in Lagos and live in the camp. There are those who work in Ibadan and live in the camp.

“They go to where coronavirus is operating. But even if they got it. By the time they get to the gate of the city, the insurance of God Has taken care. ”

Recalling how he was reached for intervention at the hurricane in America, he,partly said, “God Has an insurance to take care even of storms, earthquakes, storms, etcetera. And then I give you an example. And you know I won’t tell you a lie, because liars will go to hell…”

Corroborating Adeboye, Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Administration and Pastor in Charge of RCCG Region 1, Pastor Oladele Balogun, particularly called on Nigerians to stop shedding of innocent blood, renounce other evils and return to cover for divine covering.
