‎The company’s strong performance was driven by robust topline growth and significant margin expansion.

‎C&I Leasing’s gross earnings rose by 15.4% year-on-year in Q2-25, supported by strong growth across core income segments, including lease income, net outsourcing income, and net tracking income.

‎The company’s international operations, particularly in Ghana and the UAE, contributed to the growth.

‎The company’s operating leverage improved markedly, with EBITDA and EBIT margins expanding by 21.56 percentage points and 15.81 percentage points year-on-year, respectively. This reflected both topline growth and cost discipline.

‎Despite elevated finance costs, C&I Leasing’s profit before tax rose by 29.0% year-on-year to NGN715.51 million, while PAT grew by 33.8% year-on-year to NGN648.78 million.

‎The company’s earnings outlook remains constructive, driven by momentum in gross earnings and margin resilience. However, elevated finance costs may weigh on the pace of bottom-line growth in subsequent quarters.
