Vice President Office Takes Study Tour On CSCS Innovative Technology

Senator Hassan Ibrahim Hadejia, Deputy Chief of Staff to the President, led a 7-member delegation from the Office of the Vice President on a study tour to CSCS Plc.

This visit was an opportunity for the delegation to explore CSCS’s innovative approach to operations, particularly its fully paperless office environment.

During the tour, the delegation gained insight into how CSCS has successfully implemented the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to optimize daily operations.

This system has likely transformed the way CSCS manages documents, making it more efficient and environmentally friendly.

As a seasoned politician and lawyer, Senator Hadejia brings a wealth of experience to his role, having served as Senator representing Jigawa North-East from 2019 to 2023 and Deputy Governor of Jigawa State from 2015 to 2019.

His visit to CSCS Plc demonstrates the government’s interest in embracing technology to enhance productivity and transparency in public service.

The study tour provided a unique chance for the delegation to learn from CSCS’s expertise and consider potential applications of similar technologies in government institutions.

This collaboration can foster a more efficient and paperless public sector, aligning with global best practices.
