Gunmen abduct Catholic priest in Warri

Security operatives are still in search of the Catholic Priest abducted Monday night by unknown gunmen in Warri, Delta State.

Rev. Fr. Paul Irikefe, was last seen Monday evening while driving in a colleague’s car before he was attacked and whisked away by the hoodlums.

The nation has continued to combat activities of kidnappers who demand ransom from families of their victims. Meanwhile security operatives are in need of information that could lead to the rescue of the clergy man in earnest.

Ordained in 2011, Irikefe is a lecturer at the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Major Seminary in Ibadan, Oyo State.
