Treasure Newspaper’s inaugural Public Lecture and Distinguished Personality Awards 2024 is scheduled to take place in Akure, Ondo State’s capital, featuring an illustrious lineup of attendees.
Emmanuel Adeniran, the Editor-in-Chief of Treasure Newspaper, unveiled the event’s program, highlighting the theme “Home Grown Economy As Road Map For Economic Sustainability: Examining The Prospects Under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration,” to be delivered by Dr. Olusegun Mayegun, a prominent Nigerian student activist.
Notable guests include Ondo State’s Executive Governor, Honourable Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, as the Special Guest Of Honour; Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, CFR, the Deji of Akure Kingdom, as the Royal Father of the day; and former Senator Biodun Olujimi as the Mother Of The Day.
Among the attendees are state chairmen of the Nigeria Labour Congress, representatives from diverse sectors, and influential opinion leaders.
The ceremony will recognise 13 exceptional individuals with the Distinguished Personality Award.
Ondo State-based entertainer, DJSkuri, is also billed to perform at the event.
