Niger  State INEC Sets To Commence  Screening And Traning Of  ADHOC Workers  For  The  2023 General  Elections

As the general elections fast approaches, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is set to begin the screening and training of personnel for the polls.

The screening exercise which will kick off on the 17th January and last till 23rd January 2023 will hold in all INEC local government area offices across the state.

A Press statement personally signed and made available to the newsmen by the Head,Voter Education and Publicity, Arthur Adzape  on Thursday in Minna said, “According to INEC, those to be screened are personnel who applied to

work as: presiding officers ( POs) assistant presiding officers (APOs) and registration area council (RAC) managers”.

The statement added that prospective applicants were to come with their certificates, dentification cards,  and the acknowledgement slip of their online application, stressing that the date for the screening of supervisory presiding officers (SPOs) will be announced later.
