Gunmen Attack Gov. Hope Uzodimma’s House, Kills 8

The country home of the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma has been allegedly set on fire by suspected hoodlums.

This was revealed in an exclusive report by Vanguard Newspaper on Saturday morning.

The report confirmed the attack happened in Oru East local government area of Imo state, with at least one person feared dead.

Another source though not confirmed at the moment of this report have it that the gunmen who were said to have came through the Oguta axis of the State at midnight, killed eight yet to be identified security men at at Oguta junction before proceeding to the governor’s house at Omuma.

The source disclosed that the gunmen ripped off the governor’s gate with the aide of a rocket launcher before setting the house on fire.
