Bloody Cult War Claims One Live In Oguta

A young man identified as Tobechi Chijioke Duru, 23, has been killed during a cult fued between two unidentified notorious cult groups.

The victim who hailed from Obudi Agwa, in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo state was said to have been killed while two rival cult groups clashed at school premises.

The incident happened on the 20th February 2021. However, it was learnt that operatives of the Command responded to a distressed call and moved to Agwa
Secondary school, Agwa, in Oguta LGA.

The operatives later met the remains of the victims laying in his pool of his blood.

According to Imo State Police spokesperson, SP Ikeokwu Godson Orlando, based on discreet and painstaking investigations, operatives of the command arrested the fleeing suspect one Wisdom Uzoma, 23, of Obidi Agwa, in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo state.

He confessed to the crime, and would be prosecuted accordingly
