Police Recruitment: 584 Candidates Screened In 8 LGA

The Lagos State Police Command has so far screened 584 candidates in eight local government areas of the state.

This was disclosed by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Elkana Bala after the conclusion of Day 4 exercise on Thursday in the ongoing recruitment across the country.

It was learnt that the eight Local Government screened are: Agege, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Alimosho, Amuwo-Odofin, Apapa, Badagry, Epe and Eti-Osa, with 92 candidates screened from Epe Local Government Area on Thursday.

SP Bala added that the screening exercise would continue on Friday morning with candidates from Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area, which would be followed by candidates from Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area on Saturday.

However, it was further disclosed that candidates who inadvertently missed the screening due to one reason or the other would be screened on Saturday between 8.00am to 6.00pm.
