Conference seeks youth correspondents

Journalism students ages 18 to 26 can apply to report from the Forest Stewardship Council General Assembly Oct. 9 to 13 in Vancouver, Canada.

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Youth Correspondent 2017 will select two youth correspondents who can engage their peers by covering the FSC General Assembly with originality, accuracy and inspiring reporting.

The conference will gather delegates from around the world to discuss a sustainable future for the world’s forests and the people that inhabit them.

Correspondents will receive travel, visa fees reimbursement, accommodations, meals and a small stipend.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent writing skills in English.
