9 Brigade Hosts Inter-Brigade Corporal & Below Competition

A-five-day 81 Division 2024 Inter-Brigade Corporal and below Competition will kick off on Monday, 15th April, 2024 with 9 Brigade, Nigerian Army, Ikeja Cantonment as the host Brigade.

The competition is conducted to evaluate the courage and prowess of the dedicated troops, while simultaneously ensuring their optimal physical fitness.

This was disclosed by the Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 9 Brigade, Major Augustine Kolawole Bello in a statement over the weekend.

The activities lined up for the week-long competition include among others: Drill and Swimming Competitions, Map Reading and Obstacle Crossing.

The opening ceremony will take place on Monday at the 9 Brigade Garrison Parade Ground, inside the Cantonment, Lagos, while the closing ceremony will be rounded off on Friday.
