A group of volunteers, ‘AJ LEAD_ WE FOLLOW’ who have been working towards the actualization of the electoral victory of Son of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Eng.Azibalamawal Jonathan in the forthcoming election have said he is a pragmatic and bold leader.
A Press statement by the group made available to National Wire states that they wanted delegates to the forthcoming PDP House of Assembly primaries to cast their votes in favour of the ex-president’s Son,due to his track record which the group noted far outweighs those of other aspirants to the position.
The statement reads in parts:
“Azibalamawal Jonathan is an indigenous son of Ogbia LGA, Bayelsa State Nigeria, a well known man with an unimitated character,making him a true example of good leader.
He has an unfeigned heart for the good people of Ogbia; most especially Ogbia Constituency one geopolitical area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria”.
The Volunteers also noted the young Lamawal or Alammi as he is fondly called by friends and admirers is indeed an achetype of a fellow with intrepid leadership qualities and a sort of an uncommon pedigree,just as they stated that it is worthy to note for the records that the aspirant son of the former president is a true son of his hometown,Otuoke who has a good purpose and intention for his people.
The statement added that “after carefully studying, watching and listening, and discovering that ‘AJ’ as the president’s son is also often refered to as, owns a mighty hospitality facility were the youths of Ogbia and other areas in our dear country have been/are still being employed as measures geared towards ameliorating hardship facing them”.
The group said: “In pursuit of the truth have come to pinch tent with him in his quest to become the Assembly hopeful for the revered Ogbia Constituency one,just as the group said they have been calling on others to do show the aspirant supportmanship.
Amongst many of his trajectory of achievements recently were the maintainence of the Onuebum-Otuoke link road,a detour to Otuoke,his home and host Community to the Federal University in Bayelsa state.

It is therefore,our humble appeal and thinking that the various platforms through which Azibalamawal has reached out successively to people would hone his ambition in leadership as the next House of Assembly member to represent the good people of Ogbia Constituency one,come 2023 in Bayelsa State”.
The statement continued: “Even as we speak, the Constituents have thrown their weight behind his aspiration and their assurances of their enduring as well as unalloyed support for his candidature are increasing partly due to his charismatic leadership qualities.
Steming from the foregoing indications, we hereby call on the good people of Ogbia Constituency one to continue giving him their unanimously,undiluted support to conquer in the forthcoming primaries and even in the general polls,coming in no distant time.
