Association of Sabbath Keepers (ASK) invites the general public to its\u00a02016 Annual National Conference scheduled to hold on Sunday, October\u00a030, 2016at Reconciliation Centre, Odunmbaku Street, off Charity Bus\u00a0Stop, Oshodi, Lagos.<\/p>\n

The conference, with the theme The Power of Unity at Times like These,\u00a0according to the chairman of the association, Dr. Patrick Oyinkari, is\u00a0aimed at harmonizing the diversities among Sabbatarians in peaceful\u00a0and cordial atmosphere free of rancor.<\/p>\n

Pastor Oyinkari noted that Sabbath keepers are being harassed and\u00a0buffeted on all fronts; politically, economically and industrially as\u00a0a result of their diversities.<\/p>\n

He explained that the association was inaugurated seven years ago to\u00a0unite Sabbath keepers under a common umbrella. Oyinkari added that at\u00a0times like these God has enabled the forum members to work together in\u00a0line with the prayer of John 17.<\/p>

In a press release by the association, some of the 10-point issues\u00a0that will be considered for discussion at the conference include how\u00a0suspicions among Sabbath keepers can be eliminated for a true worship\u00a0to be achieved, the benefits and necessities of unity among\u00a0Sabbath-keeping brethren, and how the ASK platform can be used to\u00a0pursue the ideals of unity and oneness among the Sabbath brethren.<\/p>\n

Association of Sabbath Keepers (ASK) was founded in 2009. It was\u00a0incorporated with a Board of Trustees in 2012. Oyinkari, founding\u00a0chairman of the association, bemoans the relegation fate of\u00a0Sabbath-keepers and Sabbath-practicing churches.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Sabbath of the Almighty Father and the adherents have suffered\u00a0neglect, abuse, profanity, violation and outright rejection as some\u00a0marks of how far religion and modern civilization have driven the\u00a0Sabbath and Sabbath keepers nearly to oblivion. The result of this has\u00a0been the relegation of Sabbath keeping people and the flagrant
