The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a young man,Samson Tella,25,for stabbing his friend,Abiodun Abdulkareem,25,to death on Tuesday May17, 2016 at Iyesi Otta,in Ado Odo Otta Local Goverment of Ogun State.<\/p>\n

The Police Operatives attached to Onipanu Division of the Ogun State Police Command arrested the suspect after the ugly incident when a friend to the deceased reported the case to the Divisional Police Officer in charge of the division,who immediately swung into action.<\/p>\n

The suspect and the deceased had engaged in a hot argument before the suspect stabbed his friend(now deceased) with a bottle on his neck. The victim was rushed to the hospital and confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.<\/p>

CP Absulmajid Ali has ordered for thorough investigation of the matter as he has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the Department of Criminal Investigation and Intelligence,Eleweran Abeokuta,to take up the matter immediately.<\/p>\n

He also appealed to the general public to always avoid unnecessary and unreasonable argument that could lead to a similar case of this nature or any criminal act and encouraged the youths to always maintain decorum whenever they have discussions on any issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
