Popular reggae musician, Majek Fashek has testified on how God delivered him from drug addiction.<\/p>\n

The musician, who testified last Sunday at the Christ Living Apostolic Ministries (CLAM), in Lagos, appreciated the founder of the Church, Apostle Wole Oladiyun for his support.<\/p>\n

According to him, Oladiyun and his church stood by him during his ordeal.
\n\u201cMy testimony is that Jesus Christ is Lord, Jesus Christ is the Master, you know before I went to Abuja for my rehab, Baba Oladiyun here came to my rescue, most Church won\u2019t do that,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The rain maker who is fondly called continued that, \u201cMost Churches, would not give the kind of support he got from CLAM and its founder.<\/p>\n

\u201cMay God bless him and keep this ministry. Materials and spiritual are two different things, because Jesus Christ cannot come from heaven to heal you. This Baba is a \u2018correct prophet\u2019\u201d Fashek said.<\/p>\n

The artiste stated further that, his encounter with Apostle Oladiyun last year brought a turn around to his life.<\/p>

Speaking during his message, Apostle Oladiyun said it would have been a great disaster if the devil has wasted a talent like Majek Fashek.<\/p>\n

He recalls that God gave him a burden to take up his case and immediately it was announced the whole world rose up for his rehabilitation.<\/p>\n

Describing Fashek as a great legend that will blossom again, Apostle Oladiyun prayed that the Lord will perfect all He has started in the life of the artiste.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cToday Jesus has ransomed his life, today he is a better person, his destiny can no longer be wasted,\u201d Oladiyun prayed.<\/p>\n

He called on churches and ministers of God to show godly love to people irrespective of religion, ethnicity and condition.<\/p>\n

Apostle Oladiyun, who had requested Majek be brough to his church for deliverance last year, also laments that love is fast fading from the Church of God. \u201cIt is a pity; the church of God must come return to its roots by loving Jesus and loving humanity.
