Barry Ndiomu (retd) has activated the PAP&#8217;s Cooperative Loan Scheme (PACOSOL) in line with his promise to transform ex-agitators to entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>National Wire reports that the PACOSOL at the weekend, began disbursement of loans to first batch of ex-agitators after sensitizing them on the conditions for the facility.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-68457 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG-20230121-WA0019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG-20230121-WA0019.jpg 201w, https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG-20230121-WA0019-88x110.jpg 88w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/>The Management Consultant, Presidential Amnesty Programme Beneficiaries Cooperative Scheme Limited, Zigha Ayibakuro, confirmed that the disbursement started in Uyo, Akwa Ibom; Port Harcourt, Rivers; Yenagoa, Bayelsa and Benin in Edo State.<\/p>\n<p>Ayibakuro in a statement in Port Harcourt on Monday said 573 beneficiaries completed their documentation in Yenagoa, Warri and Benin and would soon be credited with the loans.<\/p>\n<p>The statement quoted the Chairman, Advisory Board Presidential Amnesty Cooperative Scheme Limited, Justice Francis Tabai, as saying that the initiative would help to create jobs in the region.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-67980 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221229-WA0045.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221229-WA0045.jpg 223w, https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221229-WA0045-110x110.jpg 110w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 223px) 100vw, 223px\" \/>He said: &#8220;We have been receiving this N65,000 for almost 15 years.
