The new Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Command, Nigeria Police, on Friday, 17th February, 2023 assumed office at the Zonal Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos.<\/p>\n

\"\"He is AIG Sylvester Abiodun Alabi, the immediate past Commissioner of Police, Lagos state command. He replaced DIG Adeyinka Bode who is now in charge of Operations, Force Headquarters, Abuja.<\/p>\n

Addressing newsmen after taking over the command, AIG Alabi said that having been in charge of Lagos State Command, what he has achieved in the last one without a major crisis would serve as an impetus to surmount every unforeseen challenge.<\/p>\n

“I am going to replicate the same here as the AIG covering Lagos and Ogun states respectively to give the people a new lease of life.<\/p>
