In a statement the company noted that the appointments are part of its efforts to strengthen and deepen the corporate governance standard adding that the appointments have already been approved by the apex Capital Market Regulator in Nigeria, the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n

Those appointed are; Mrs. Boma Ayomide Alabi. Prof. Joseph Olusegun Ajibola, Prof. Uchenna Joseph Uwaleke and Mr. Sylvester Azubuike Okonkwo.<\/p>\n
