A 20-year-old Onyeme Victor Chimaobi, a native of Umuguma, Owerri West Local Government Area and a student of Mechanical Engineering, Imo State University, has been arrested for being a suspected cultist and in possession of a locally made pistol.<\/p>\n

The suspect was arrested on the 9th May, 2021, by operatives of the Divisional Police Headquarters, Shell Camp, Owerri, while on crime prevention and intensive patrol, confessed that he uses the pistol for his personal protection.<\/p>

It was further disclosed that a physical search on him led to the discovery of a locally made Pistols and two live ammunitions recovered.<\/p>\n
