The Alumni Association of Titcombe College<\/a>, Egbe, Kogi State has concluded arrangements to celebrate the college established in 1951.<\/div>\n

The events marking the 70th anniversary of the  College, and the reunion meeting of old students will hold in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government, Kogi State between May 10th and May 16th 2021.<\/div>\n

The umbrella Titcombe College<\/a> Old Students Association  (TCEOSA) made the announcement recently after forming various working  committees to actualuse the celebration.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The college was established in January 1951 by missionaries from North America attached to the Sudan Interior Mission (SIM).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
According to the information contained in a TCEOSA Bulletin Issued by its Secretary,  Professor Samuel Ibiyemi recently, the 70th Anniversary programme involving TCEOSA will be on Friday 14th May 2021 and Saturday 15th May 2021.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Other activities marking the anniversary celebrations between 10th May and 13th May will be school-centric.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The bulletin further stated that: \u201cThe programme starts with a Welcome Service on Friday morning, with Awards and a Book Launch in the afternoon, and a motorcade\/Novelty Match later in the day.<\/div>\n

On Saturday, there will be Sets Project Inspections, followed by the first part of the General Assembly.<\/div>\n

 The Foundation for a CBT Center will be laid, followed by the second part of the General Assembly, which is the elections of TCEOSA Officers.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
According to the planning committee, Chief Tunji Arosanyin, a distinguished old student and the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee (CPC) for the 70th Anniversary would play host to the Gala Night on Saturday evening.<\/div>\n

Members of the alumni have also been encouraged to attend the Thanksgiving Service at 1st ECWA Church on the morning of Sunday 16th May 2021\u201d.<\/div>\n

Titcombe College<\/a>, named after Reverend Tommy Titcombe is a foremost secondary school in the North Central Nigeria and has graduated over 60 sets since its inception.<\/div>\n
